Because many of our products are seasonal, limited, and perishable, our policies vary by product type and order status.
Order cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
For limited-release items such as rooted cuttings, cancellation requests may not always be possible once inventory has been reserved for your order.
Live plants
Live plants are perishable and sensitive to shipping conditions, handling, and customer care after delivery.
Because of that, we do not guarantee live plants against issues caused by:

delayed unpacking after delivery

exposure to extreme temperatures after delivery

improper care after arrival

incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
If there is a problem with your order
If your order arrives with a serious issue, you must contact us within 24 hours of package delivery with:

a description of the issue

clear photos taken as soon as the order is opened

Shipping delays
Carrier delays, weather delays, and transit disruptions can happen and may be outside our control.
Refunds or shop credit
When appropriate, resolutions may include a partial refund, replacement when available, or store credit at our discretion.
